Performance of LiTaO3 Crystals and Thin Films and Their Application

چکیده
Lithium tantalate (LiTaO3, or LT) crystal is widely used in optical applications, infrared detection, and acoustic surface wave devices because of its excellent piezoelectric, pyroelectric, nonlinear properties. In this paper, we discuss the defect structure LT; preparation method for influence doping on LT’s application optical, acoustic, electrical devices. We mainly analyzed physical properties LT crystal, thin films, periodic polarization reduction wafers, potential crystals lasers filters according to most recent research. also provide an overview future research directions fields acoustics, optics, other fields. The applications 5G, 6G, SAW filters, devices, waveguides are expected additional breakthroughs.
